Intrusive Thoughts | 2/6/25 Newsletter

Good morning, everyone!


I have my coffee right beside me. The snow is falling outside and I’m wrapped up in a blanket and all bundled up at my computer desk.


How has your 2025 been so far? It is already February 6th! I can’t believe it.

Mine has been quiet and I am enjoying being less and less on the internet (besides playing Final Fantasy 14 online). I had some new challenges surface, but there is just a closer connection to the God Force that kisses my consciousness so I’m feeling equipped to handle these new challenges.


I am feeling inspired to write about Intrusive Thoughts. I think it’ll be important to make the distinction between these Intrusive Thoughts and Breadcrumbs/Intuition.


Intrusive Thoughts are Sour. They have an emotional charge that registers negatively within our body. What is interesting is that these “ITs” almost Mimic Breadcrumbs/Intuition because we do not “manufacture” them - it almost feels like they are inserted into our head out of nowhere while also creating a negative emotion.


Remember that Breadcrumbs/Intuition also are not something that we “think up” and that they are not charged with heightened emotion. The emotional resonance is a big factor when we want to discern what these thoughts are and whether or not to “give them life” by focusing on them.


This past week..oh lord! I have been battling an onslaught of “ITs” and it has been….annoying. Minuscule-Memory-Moments inserting themselves into my head while bringing that Sourness to my energy field. Tiny, tiny moments from yesteryear which are absolutely nonsensical for me to even remember! Stupid stupid stupid moments full of micro-regrets, micro-shame, and micro-guilt which are not of something that is a healthy expression of shame/guilt. The “ITs” are almost like a swarm of gnats on a hot, humid summer day that keep returning in a cloud all around my face that I must swat away!


What helps me to combat the “ITs” is to do my best to remain in an Observational-Stance.


I recognize that I am impressed upon by an Intrusive Thought. I register the Sourness. I see/hear/feel the Minuscule-Memory-Moments. I am in the micro-regret, micro-shame, and micro-guilt.


I don’t fight the “ITs”. I learned to move into the Swarm rather than resist.

The Observational-Stance allows me to View without generating emotions to “keep the memories alive”.


So! Step-by-Step:


  1. Intrusive Thought pops into my head out of nowhere.

  2. I register the Sourness and negative emotions.

  3. I take a deep breath and “remain still” in mind and body.

  4. I ensure that I do my best to remain in this stillness so that I do not give the “ITs” more life by beating myself up, endlessly spiraling in regret/turmoil, and I realize that none of this matters.

  5. I continue breathing until the “ITs” dissipate.


I think we all know what is like to add more life to the “ITs”. The thought pops in with its sourness. We just engage with the thoughts and negative emotions and almost habitually allow ourselves to deepen into adding more things we regret and then soon enough we are in a Bad Mood.


Have you been battling almost an army of Intrusive Thoughts?


Now…there are many causes of these and which route do you wish to travel to determine the cause that seems to fit?


I try not to think about the cause. I almost feel like this is an aspect of Human Life especially since we are psychic, electric, magnetic beings. Really…you could go down so many avenues to determine what is “sending” you these Intrusive Thoughts. I almost feel like it could be a waste of time and obviously there are Esoteric components in some cases, but not everything is a “negative entity” (hence why I recommend you do not travel down the youtube rabbit hole since most of those content creators do not understand Esoteric phenomena due to lack of actual experience unlike the great Dione Fortune).


The Observational-Stance.


It is a Strengthening of the Mind Tool. The Mind Tool is a muscle. It is a constant alertness and recognition of what thoughts you Create/Manufacture versus the thoughts you Receive. Then factoring in the emotional context to the thoughts.

This is why Psychic Development is so important - Psychic Development helps you learn about your Mind especially as you begin to create your own experiments, trial & error, and document your journey.


You know…sometimes you just fall into the Intrusive Thoughts and nothing you do will get you out of that wheel until you go to sleep. Then the next day you just go back to battle. Obviously, I highly recommend you seek the professional services of someone you trust who can assist you with combatting the “ITs”. Therapy was such a help for me last year! And of course…ensuring that you are nourishing your body with the appropriate foods, water, and everything else that will strengthen your Physical Body (without doing too much which will harm yourself) since our Physical Body connects to our Emotional, Mental, and Psychic Bodies.


I’ve been writing more and more on my Blog since I followed through with the Breadcrumb to no longer post public YouTube videos and I am loving it! I love to write! I’ll attach my most recent ones to the bottom of the newsletter.
