Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please contact me 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel the reading for a full refund otherwise refunds are not given.
Please contact me if you are running late and I will hold your appointment for 5 to 15 minutes otherwise it is cancelled without a refund.
There are no refunds other than stated above due to the work that I do prior to each session. Issues with the recordings and transcripts do not constitute a refund.
