Cancellation & Refund Policy for Virtual/Phone Readings

Please contact me twenty-four hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel the reading for a full refund. Please contact me if you are running late and I will hold your appointment for up to fifteen minutes otherwise it is cancelled without a refund. On the rare occasion that we do not establish a link after fifteen minutes of your reading I will issue a refund. Problems with the recording and/or transcript do not constitute a refund.
