1 Week of OP HEALTHBOD

1 week of OP HEALTHBOD and I am down 2.2 pounds!


Plant-Based Diet, Focus on Starches, No Oils...and I haven't counted a single calorie. And I also haven't severely stressed myself out regarding exercise! I should just delete the calorie column on my OP HEALTHBOD spreadsheet.


What an interesting adventure that I'm on. I feel really silly for stopping my plant-based lifestyle back in 2021, but it is all a learning lesson. For me...this just works!


I eat delicious potatoes, pasta, rice, veggies, fruits, and I have no issues with hunger nor feeling like I'm missing out. I'm just astonished that I haven't counted a single calorie and yet I'm down 2.2 pounds. And just walking on an incline on a treadmill at the gym!


What kind of green magic is this?


There has only been positives that I experienced throughout the week. I feel less puffy. I haven't had any digestive issues after eating a meal. The best thing is that my mood has taken a 180 and I'm at a more positive baseline throughout my day regardless of the day-to-day stressors.


As I already said in previous entries, a positive trait of mine is that I don't succumb to peer pressure and I also commit to whatever I decide. I also already was plant-based for 4 years prior to this so I've been through it all. Judgement, Questions, and all the annoyances with just living a different life. Then let's not forgot the PSYCHISM of it all and how often I have had such terrible experiences with others regarding this which is why I never discuss my skills with anyone outside of my friends, family, and clients.


When you see Positive Results...you just keep going because why not?
