Oh Saturday. A day where the memories of Saturday Morning Cartoons, Care-Freeness, and Freedom calls to me.
I am inspired, via a Breadcrumb from Higher Mind, to write this entry regarding my recent reflections on Divine Will and Symbolic Sight through the lens of my recent play through of Final Fantasy XIV.
*Now. I probably will be writing some spoilers of FF14 so be weary if you find yourself to this entry and you're playing the game. I'm only up to Stormblood so if you're past that expansion then no worries for you.
This past week...Divine Will. This notion has crossed my mind many times and the thought patterns birthed by these reflections have deepened my trust and faith in Higher Mind, Divinity, Source, Universe, God Force, whatever language you wish to use. The Great Mother.
I'm not a Spiritual Teacher. By no means does my psychic and mediumistic skills constitute me as a Leader, a part of a Hierarchy, nor do they mean that I have the "secret teachings". I am just another human on a Journey with a skillset that is somewhat unique due to the state of our Collective Consciousness.
But...Divine Will.
Throughout Final Fantasy 14...there is a great importance surrounding the Mother. The Crystal. The Prime Source - if you will. The characters and the lands are married to Aether and Magic. The people, characters, and land are deeply tied to the Source while some of the people are blessed with the Echo. The Echo is essentially PSYCHISM. Spirit "Powers" outside of the Magicks of the land that many of the people practice in some way or another.
As I age...I change. My perceptions change. My desires change. People/Places/Things change. I am less bound to my upbringing and I find myself more easily resistant to absorbing the beliefs and thought constructs of my surroundings, culture, peers, and what have you.
I mature and find myself less attuned to what I "think I want" and more directed by the Compass of the Divine.
The Will of the Divine. Divine Will. That...that treasure that does not promise an easy road. If anything, it is more difficult. It is a relinquishment of what my tiny-little-human-mind believes and feels "deserving of" and more about harmonizing to the ineffable nature of Divinity.
It is frustrating to find ourselves Lost in the many possible paths before us. Worries and Anxieties sink in. We find ourselves unsure of what to do. Unsure of what we truly want. Unsure of how we can navigate this world and our journey without a clear, defined direction.
I don't know what I want other than to Serve the Divine. I reflect on yesteryear, my former iterations, and I can so easily spot how what my desires of the time were influenced by Culture. Obsessions of things that spark no interest to me in my 2025 version of self.
Where is this Compass of the Divine?
The Compass is in the Breadcrumbs and the Map is intimately tied to Symbolic Sight.
To see where and what we gravitate to and then sit in stillness to symbolically decode the People/Places/Things surrounding us.
Final Fantasy XIV has captivated my interests. It helped me also detach from what isn't serving me nor assisting my growth. The Lore of FF14 laced with the world I navigate and the Lore is helping me to define more of my need to release all chains that hold me to what I think my life should be, what I should do, and all that which grapples our day-to-day thought patterns.
It is a Liberation and a Surrender to the Divine. To let Divine Will lead me and to fortify my Self-Esteem so that I can withstand the pull to self-torment revolving around the self-loathing that comes from not attaining nor obtaining the Prizes our Culture deems to be so important.

Maybe take some time to see if you are struggling with your journey due to the influences of Culture and the counter-influences of the Divine wishing to break you out of normalcy.
Do you have faith that Divine Will will lead you on the path carefully curated for your Evolution?
Do you trust that The Great Mother knows you best, sees the paths before you, and is guiding you with her Compass?
It is a Solitary landscape and I wish for you to sit in contemplation so that you are not bound by the thoughts eating at you nor by the influences of those around you.
To find your Symbolic Sight to decode what is gravitating toward you and then carefully piece together threads of the Divine Tapestry - your Tapestry.
What can you divine from your current time/space? What can you divine from your surroundings? What do you feel like the Divine wants you to know? What do you feel like would be the best thing for you to release which is not serving you?
I say...start with a prayer.
