Saturday morning, cup of coffee beside me, and the smell of snowfall!
I was inspired to write this article with the words Insights, Compassion, Accuracy taking the role of this entry's title. Those three words were swirling around my mind tool last week right as I was falling asleep one night. I feel like these keywords are the foundation of my practice and how I approach doing this work.
I'll take us into what I use my website for which really is just for easy scheduling and a hub for my practice. Open up the Readings page, click on my calendar, and bam! Select a time/date, pay, and then begin setting your intentions for the reading. Simple, easy, and really saves me and my clients time so there's no need for unecessary, lengthy communication just to find out my availability and then schedule. Sufficient and straight to the point!
Now...this field is unique. It isn't a part of the "standard set of jobs" that the majority of the world's population can agree upon as a profession that is respected, acknowledged, and valued. The world thinks this work is lunacy...but I don't!
So! With a normal business, one would use the business's website to reach out to market the business and attract new customers/clients. But! With my practice and this field...that isn't the case.
Since doing this work in 2018, I think I only have 1 client ever schedule a reading with me who found me through doing an internet search. This client has come back to me multiple times and this client also didn't find me through Find A Certified Medium. It was just a simple internet search, reading a blog entry, and then inspiration.
I find it to be incredibly unlikely for any new client to simply just schedule with me due to my website. And I'm okay with that!
To someone finding me just from my website somehow popping up on the search's feed...the likelihood of this person beliving anything that I write about on my website is...very very low. And I get it! People lie on the internet all of the time. The psychic field suffers from generations of societal/cultural/educational/religious doctrines declaring PSYCHISM as fake, false, foolish.
I also don't write very much about details from readings beside the 10 or so examples that I listed on the Experience page. I don't write about the specifics of readings because they are extremely confidential.
I take it upon myself to ensure that I maintain my integrity and to ensure that my clients believe/know/feel/hear/see that I am doing this work to help people and that their information is safe with me.
My practice, and those who serve others with great respect for their craft like myself, is structured so that I have a space dedicated to help people with my skills which I developed since 2009 (probably even since 2005!). I have my own "HIPPA" Regulations. I have my own Rules & Regulations. I have my own Standards of Conduct. I also have my own list of Healthy Boundaries.
I'm not saying that I'll never have another new client schedule with me just by finding my through a internet search, but I won't hold my breath.
Scheduling a reading really requires a lot of courage and trust in me. Remember that I have to sleep easily at night and I need to stand in front of the God Force each and every waking/sleeping moment of my life. I also need to combat the many layers of nonsense attacking the psychic field which takes on so many different forms. It isn't easy, but the EVIDENCE of PSYCHISM takes me further along my journey.
The keywords, Insights-Compassion-Accuracy, are what sum up my practice and how I approach my work. There's also my knowledge about my skills, wisdom extracted from hundreds of readings that I've done, and that I do this work while centered in my Heart.
Would writing down every little detail from readings be a useful tool to attract new clients via an internet search? I actually don't think so! That'd make a potential client feel like I'm just going to then spill his/her secrets. This is why I focus on writing about the mechanics of these skills, blog entries that are inspired from Higher Mind for me to write, and just try to do my best to illustrate that I'm here to help.
Time and time again...Life has expreientially taught me that the Word of Mouth Referral triumphs over all. It is much easier for a potential client to trust me and to believe what is written on my website after a friend, family member, and/or coworker discusses his/her experience with me.
I do have my 7 Raw Mediumship Demonstrations listed on my website...but even that doesn't mean anything to someone who is set to confirm his/her beliefs that PSYCHISM is fake.
My website is for those who want to explore PSYCHISM - the trueness of the craft with the practical information that is grounded on EARTH rather than a lot of the New Age "Costumes" that parade the internet.
My website is for those who just want information about the subject which is delivered by a practitioner with actual experience.
My website is for my clients who just want an easy way to schedule a reading with no hassle.
