Science and Experience of Change

I have been reflecting on the last twelve months and their winds of change that swept me under their wings as I engaged in Active Participation. Yesterday, I felt the Muse guide me to my bookshelf where I pulled out two Dr. Joe Dispenza books. Two reminders of a different Lens to Perceive what I felt like I underwent throughout 2025 and into this new year of 2026.

I am interested in the idea of Change, how to be an Active Participant in Change, and to work with Higher Mind to Transform. I went through various iterations throughout my almost thirty-five years in this lifetime and my transformations were birthed by my inner desire…intrinsic motivation…deciding to just do it.

The Science of Change and the Construct of the Personality always intrigued me so Dispenza’s books have always been a pleasure to read over and over again. I especially enjoy to read about his descriptions of the Brain, the Body and stored Emotions, the Power of the Frontal Lobe, Thought-Emotion-Action Loops, and the need to Embrace the Unknown.

My understandings of Change and my experience with Change mirror the information in Dispenza’s books which I recommend to everyone. Number 1 is Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself. Number 2 is Becoming Supernatural. I get that his work is pretty popular…and honestly…it’s because of a good reason. The information helps to provide the foundation to implement the work into one’s life to be an Active Participant in Change.

My language of Change is to:

·      Be out of Regular Extreme Emotion and build a habit of Neutrality

·      Build a strong, healthy Self-Esteem

·      Act on Inspiration and Breadcrumbs popping in your Mind Tool

·      Be Courageous to Act and Be Mindful of how you React/Respond

·      Daily Practice of Observing Thoughts and Actively Detach your Emotions to Negative Memories

·      Begin your mornings with exercise and a physical meditation to put your body into Neutrality which assists with generating neutral to positive thoughts

·      Remember that your Intuition is not to make you feel comfortable…it is to break you out of the Wheel and into the Unknown

There are similarities in what I wrote above along with Dispenza’s work. I first picked up one of his books back in 2019 and I recommend his books to a lot of my clients.

My word of the year for 2026 is REVOLUTION and I am glad to have followed the Breadcrumb from Higher Mind to review Dispenza’s books once again.
