Self-Generated Calmness

My 2026 journey, paired with my word-of-the-year of REVOLUTION, brought me to old teachings that sparked the fire of passion back in the early days of my practice…and now I’m overlaying my last 6 years of experience and wisdom onto the teachings from yesteryear.
To Be Centered. To Tune into Higher Mind. To Match My Heart.
I am realizing that all Esoteric-like Teachings are about The Inner World. To Generate Calmness and Peace within the Body/Mind. To Observe Thoughts and to Realize the Mind Tool is a Servant to Spirit/Consciousness.
To Call Forth the Inner Dwellings of God and bring it into the Focus of the Conscious Mind.
Training oneself to be cognizant of one’s Thought-Emotion-Action Loops requires dedication, time, and practice. One must do the work to train the Mind Tool to be what it is intended to be. It isn’t easy just like when you’re starting a new exercise routine or learning a new instrument.
I finally consider myself to be an Intermediate Player of the Piano…after years of commitment to daily practice. Starting all of my weight/fat loss journeys were difficult to adjust to since my body had to begin to adapt to the new bodily stressors and then my Thought-Emotion Loops had to adapt to my new plans. It then got easier and easier over time after actually committing.
To Center Oneself with Self-Generated Calmness/Peace is the Goal. We can then align this Energy into our day-to-day experience. We find ourselves in the groove to have the habit of Linking with Higher Mind in our Conscious Mind as our Intuitive Muscle strengthens.
We become less and less dependent on the External World to Dictate our Emotions. We Self-Generate our State of Being.
As we become used to this lifestyle then we can share our understandings with those who ask us using our own words rather than our teachers. We can use our own metaphors, symbols, sayings, and the like. We will have our anecdotes to share and our documentation of our experiences to refer back to as a means to educate others who ask.
Understanding that our Emotions are natural reactions to the world. It isn’t like we are walking around in an ecstatic state of manufactured bliss. It is an Inner Calmness and Peace which vibrates out from our Heart and into the Realm we traverse.
Letting Emotions run through us as we adapt to an “emotional injury” from an experience that was negative. Giving ourselves an appropriate amount of time to nurture this Emotional Injury and allowing that Emotional Wound to Heal.
A Self-Generated Inner Calmness that is more dialed into the present moment with an understanding of the importance to build a habit of focusing our Conscious Mind with our Spirit.
Facing the World and our Challenges with a Sense of Strength and a Careful Construction of Boundaries to uphold our Self-Esteem, keep us Safe, and bring our best Self into this World to be a Vessel for the Divine.
Self-Generated Inner Calmness and Peace. Amen.
