This is a wonderful Saturday! I just returned form driving to Port Jefferson on a mission to purchase an obsidian pendant for my necklace. I found my way to Envision Crystal which is where I go for my yearly reading with Lisa (a fantastic practitioner!).
I walked into the store and I spoke to the clerk requesting an obsidian pendant. She found a bowl which housed the exact item. I knew she was guided to the exact pendant I needed so I decline her suggestion to review the other crystals.
The silver chain I wear was gifted to me by my mother when I was 11 years old. I remember this so clearly. This was in 2002 (I think I was 11) so wearing silver chains was a trend.
I have my baptism cross on the chain. I may not be a "devout christian", but I do appreciate growing up in the Lutheran church as it was a way to find myself on my path.
There's an aquamarine pendant next to the cross which I purchased on July 4th 2020. I remember the date because my love and I went to Patchogue to Tranquility Within and this was right when things were opening up from the lockdown. Little did I know that I would eventual do group mediumship readings at this beautiful space, but it did recently close down. After the store, we then went to the Cheesecake Factory so just another specific to mark the exact date I acquired this aquamarine tool.
Following the line of crystals, I have a Tiger's Eye pendant. My love and I went to NYC in January 2020 which would become the last day we went to the city until Fall 2022 when we saw Florence and The Machine at MSG. This was the first time we went to the city together since we were just a few months into our relationship. Eventually we were led to a metaphysical store and I wanted to obtain an item that would be an anchor for me to easily recall this city trip.
I can't forget to mention the Moldavite! This was gifted to me by a dear friend when I was on the west coast in November 2023. I was invited to a work a retreat by a dear client of mine then I drove up to Washington to visit my friend. She gifted me this Moldavite, a siberian blue quart, and a yttrium crystal. Absolutely stunning and so touching!
I'm really surprised that I remember all of the origins of these crystals so easily!
You can see the obsidian all the way on the left in the picture. I'm pretty sure I'll remember purchasing this on March 8th 2025 especially since I journaled about this trip and snapped the picture!
I think I'm writing this entry for you to just be led to purchase your metaphysical tools. Some will be gifted to you and others will be an item that you acquire as you follow the breadcrumbs from Higher Mind.
I think it is best for you to follow what you're drawn to! Not to be forced.
And! I think it is wise for you to carry tools on your person as you travel this jungle of Earth. We are immersed in so many varying energies that may either enhance your being or drain your energy.
I think the best part of acquiring your metaphysical tools is to reflect on how they come into your life. It is a magical act. It is also an exercise for you to strengthen your Psychic Art Mind and to heal your Logic Mind.
