Sylvia & PSI Mechanics

Second day back to the gym post-my-nasty-cold and I feel so grounded in my body! Thankfully I'm fully immersed in my exercise routine now that I can safely return to exercise post-my-2024-year-of-injuries. Last night, I cooked my love and I a delicious meatball dinner! One of our favorites and it anchors me into my Italian roots while carrying on my grandma's tradition.

There's nothing quite like hearing the sizzling sounds of olive oil and smelling the italian season fragrances envelop my kitchen! Of course...make sure you get yourself a loaf of italian bread and cut a chunk so you can use the innards to add to the ground beef mixture, egg, seasonings, and breadcrumbs. Roll the loaf's innards in little balls and mangiamo! If I have pesto in my refrigerator then I like to add them to the mixture so the picture above is of the meatballs from last night which were deliciously crafted with a hefty spoonful of pesto.
Anyhow! This blog entry. During my recent cold (and it is also Mercury Retrograde which is traversing my 1st house in reverse)...I was just so frustrated, angry, and heated regarding the field I'm pushed into by Higher Mind. These frustrations that I find no one else understands since this work that I do is very lonely. Now you may be thinking of all the YouTube and social media accounts of "psychics"...but let me tell you...any practitioner who has an actual practice and does the REAL work does not endlessly post nor gravitate toward needing all the social media work. Why? Because they're doing the actual work and are also very wise to the theatrics of this world concerning true PSYCHISM.
So? What did Higher Mind have me do yesterday morning? Well! I was inspired to go to my bookshelf and retrieve a Sylvia Browne book. One of my favorites!

This book came back into my life yesterday morning at such a synchronistic moment that I'm always left astonished at the workings of Higher Mind.
I really enjoy reading books by true practitioners. Sylvia's story pushes all the right buttons for me. I also love Caroline Myss, John Edward, and Lisa Williams. I love biographies and reading how Higher Mind orchestrated the life of practitioners to discover their skills, develop their skills, share their skills, and...most importantly...their own frustrations doing the REAL PSYCHISM work.
When I read a practitioner's book or listen to them...I automatically know the sincerity of their talents and work based upon how they discuss the Mechanics and Artistry of PSI. I can so easily sniff out those who are con-artists or just so not of the realness of PSYCHISM based upon how they talk about the skillset and, of course, their frustrations and challenges navigating this world.
Now! Also...I don't want to hear a lick of hate toward Sylvia. I am a huge fan of hers! You can so easily go on YouTube and find all these hate videos. I'm sure she had to deal with television producers wanting to "get the right shot" and what not. But, she was a real practitioner and I love when she discusses how she reads and her skills.

I read through this book and immediately noticed that she uses the same analogy I do regarding Piano and Pianists! How everyone can play the piano, but it is in the blueprint of the human if he/she is to become a concert pianist. I was like "holy shit, Higher Mind!" and I felt that blanket of care from Higher Mind as I was getting out of my wheel of anger/frustration/discontent.
I enjoy this book especially because of how she explains how she reads and the IMPORTANCE OF NOT JUDGING NOR EDITING WHAT IS RECEIVED. To be willing to look like an ASS. YES!

"Have the courage to accept and repeat those answers with no editing or judging or equivocating." I love this line! That is the most difficult step. I absolutely agree with her.

What I really enjoyed too was when she discusses Clairvoyance and the Timeless Vision! When she writes how it took her time to learn if a vision was housed in the Past, Present, or Future. When I read this bit...my goodness! I was like "SHE IS ME!"
I recommend you pick up this book. I love the stories from her clients and it just makes me look at my work and my readings and I felt a camaraderie with Sylvia and to keep focused on my path despite the XYZ which I hate when I navigate the internet (which is why I also rarely go on the internet like YouTube and I have no social media accounts).
This work is a lonely road and reading books like this helps me to realize that this is what happens to pretty much everyone who does the REAL work.
