Following last week’s message in my newsletter, Higher Mind journeyed me through a new phase of my life as I continue 2026’s Word of the Year…REVOLUTION. I followed inspiration, the Breadcrumbs, which led me back to my 2024’s interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I read “The Complete Book of Chinese Health & Healing” by Daniel Reid and I took very thorough notes as I digested the material. My goodness, the philosophy, the structure, the nature, and the system of TCM speaks to me as a Human and as a Psychic Medium.

I found myself at my bookshelf this morning after a 60 minute cardio and 20 minute strength training session, with a belly fully of oats and my morning smoothie, and discovered that there was a book regarding TCM that I purchased in 2024, but I did not read.
“The Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Medicine” by Maoshing Ni.

This book and the series of Breadcrumbs follow my Word of the Year and my change in interests as this Gregorian calendar shifted. I rarely listen to podcasts or watch YouTube videos. I deleted Reddit. I am placing my awareness and energy into environments that nourish my being and help me evolve into my next phase. My love for a Whole Foods Plant Based Diet caught more heat-of-passion and I can finally resume regular exercise as I recovered from my October abdominal strain. Plus…quitting nicotine and vaping has increased my awareness of the effects of what is put into the body.
Basically! Health, Clean Living, and Energetic and Physiological Nourishment!
I reviewed the organ systems and the elements yesterday as I skimmed another TCM book on Libby (my goodness, I love the Libby app!). I forgot how much I love everything about TCM! The intricacy. The holographic-whole nature. The symbology. The phases. My god! I also have a thirst to learn about biology and the body. Decades of living in an obese, unhealthy state and then the process to transform myself into a new version free of those ailments have aligned my interests with my experience.
I noticed this morning even most the connectivity of our organs and the wholeness of our body. I am able to take much deeper breaths now that I quit vaping which help my abdomen while walking on an incline! I do not put as much strain on my lower abdomen and these deep breaths shift my entire core!
I know that my Spirit Team and Higher Mind brought me back to diving into the rich history, philosophy, science, and structure of Traditional Chinese Medicine for a reason. My psychic and mediumistic skills will have a new vocabulary and a new template to use during my readings. I already am quite good at providing a medical intuitive reading so that aspect of my work will only grow further.
Don’t get me started on Piano! The system and richness of Music also corresponds to TCM and my REVOLUTION.
Oh happy day!
