Gratitude List | New Morning Routine Addition


Higher Mind, The Muse, inspired me to create a new addition to my morning routine....A Gratitude List!


This is just another expression of my 2026's REVOLUTION word-of-the-year. To Withdraw my Energy and my Reactions (as best as I can) to the External World's Theatre involving people, places, things. To Generate an Inner State of Calmness!


I am inspired to copy and paste my most recent newsletter to this entry which describes my new Gratitude List practice and how it enhances my opportunities to Generate Inner Peace in the morning which...of course...influences my thought-emotion-action loops!


Snippet of my Newsletter:


"...Developing new skills require commitment to Awareness, Repetition, and Allowance. Be Aware of the Process and Implement Knowledge. Repeat the Action Steps. Allow yourself to be Flexible and to continue to Work.

 

Everyday I am more Aware of my Body’s habit of feeling. My Conscious Mind observes the feelings and emotions I habitually live in, how my body craves that chemical fixation, and then I negate the continuance of whatever thought loops runs that produces the emotions for my body to get its fix. Easier said than done, but each day is better and better and better!

 

Very recently…I started a gratitude journal! I feel a bit corny saying this, but it actually helps! I purchased a dollar notebook from the dollar store where I have 70 pages to commit to this new morning practice. I drink my morning lemon water and coffee and I write down 10 things that I am grateful for. 10 things I’m genuinely grateful for! 

 

This practice helps me to get into the groove of feeling positive, optimistic, and thankful. I do not look at my phone during my Rising Practice. I even place my Hand on my Heart to get into my Heart Chakra where my Real Brain lives and that extends my Heart’s Magnetic Field. 

 

This gratitude list is a morning kickstart. Then I am PRIMED with feelings of appreciation and neutral-positive feelings which then Birth more Thoughts and Emotions at that level. Then I’m off to the gym for my morning exercise where I continue to Meditate/Day-Dream. I move through various visualization practices including a Chakra Awareness. This is where I do my Energetic Hygiene Practices and the time I communicate with Team Light, Higher Mind, Divinity, the Force. 

 

This Rising Practice enables me to have a better Potential for a better Day as I then navigate the Jungle of Life. I’m able to react to things healthier. I’m able to make better decisions. I’m able to Generate Inner Calmness and not allow the external world to dictate how I feel (as best as I can). 

 

Easier said than done though…this is why my weight loss journeys have helped me greatly with being an Active Participant in Change. It isn’t a Toxic Positivity either. Obviously, we are met with Emotional Injuries in Life. I’m still grieving the loss of my Aunt, but I am observing that emotional injury heal while I am Alleviating Myself from Living in the Emotions of the Past so I can be in the Unknown and Magnetize my Energy Field.
