Morning Practice: Neutrality, Resist Extremes, & Social Media Exposure Disaster

It is Essential to cultivate a Morning Practice that emphasizes the State of Neutrality in order to alleviate yourself from the energy of yesteryear, move yourself into a clear landscape, and to elevate your conscious mind to the Whispers from Higher Mind.

 

Its been well over a year since my latest quitting of social media (many back and forth quitting over the years) and I finally cut the chord to Reddit along with severely limiting my time spent on YouTube. The idea of waking up out of bed and scrolling through social media on my phone sounds like a nightmare!

 

Upon waking and exposing yourself to social media (and some print/visual media such as the “news”), you are immediately met with a Barrage of Energies that interact with your Conscious and Subconscious Minds along with your Energy Field.

 

Scrolling past a post that births Envy and Comparison Traps.

 

Scrolling upon a video that stimulates your Unhealthy Anger…your Unhealthy Shame…your Unhealthy Guilt.

 

Scrolling to find yourself met with a “theory” that devours your Conscious Mind with Illusions of Catastrophe which bypass your Healthy Logic Mind since Fear eats at your entire being.

 

Turning on the television to find yourself caught in the cesspool of “news stories” and talking points that burn your energy field like being splashed with acid.

 

My goodness. How can anyone find Neutrality in the morning if one is caught in the Wheel of Social Media Consumption as a Morning Practice?

 

Why get into Neutrality?

 

Well, it is easier said than done, but you can train yourself to be more in a neutral-dominant state of being. Repetition, Practice, and Awareness. Neutrality, or even just not living in Extreme Emotion, puts you into a clearer state so that your body isn’t pumping corrosive-like chemicals through your bloodstream which were birth by endless loops of unhealthy and severe, negative emotion. We aren’t meant to live in Extreme Negative Emotions every second of every day of our entire lives.

 

I feel like we can all get easily triggered so why expose ourselves to the onslaught of the World right when we wake up and ease into our day? Containing our Reactions to our Triggers and then examining why we are Triggered are Essential to living a better, healthier life…but are we needing to put ourselves in environments and situations that stimulate all of our wounds as we rise from night’s sleep?

 

I find that Inspiration and Breadcrumbs from Higher Mind are much more easily ‘heard’ when we are in a Neutral State or in a State that is not of Extreme Emotion (positive or negative extremes). We are not bound by the memories of yesteryear that feel so real as we relive them in our minds and then our body regurgitates those same chemicals birthed from those same emotions.

 

The Inspirations…the Breadcrumbs…the Synchronistic Map’s Directions…the Guiding Hand all are aspects of our Connectivity to Spirit and Higher Mind. How can we ‘hear’ those Whispers if we are immediately met with an overload of stimulation as we consume social media within the first hour of waking?

 

A lot of what I’m writing can be pulled from “Breaking The Habit Of Being Yourself” by Dispenza. I think a lot of the core mechanics in his book are fantastic and should be integrated into our daily lives. I suggest you read this book.

 

My psychic and mediumistic work over nearly a decade of working with people professionally and even longer in my own personal intuitings all taught me that we are Layers of Energies and Influenced by Layers of Energy Fields and that our Mind Tool is to be a TOOL rather than a dictator directing our lives. We have the ability to Tune into Spirit for Inspiration.

 

But, once again, easier said than done. To Train yourself out of Extreme Emotions requires Strategy.

 

I find morning exercise to be the best along with not exposing yourself to any form of media in the morning that is outside of a great book that you enjoy reading. I prefer to walk on an incline on the treadmill at the gym while listening to music. This puts me into a Day-Dream and I meditate. Then twice a week I strength train after my morning walk. Sure…there are tvs at the gym…but no one is forcing me to look at them and watch the ‘news’.

 

I could go into the Food that we Ingest, but I’ll save that for another entry.

 

I also find that the Lungs seen through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine has been incredibly helpful to me to Release. When I am bombarded by an intrusive memory…I acknowledge the memory and then I consciously Exhale to Breathe Out that memory. I also have been visualizing myself lightning a match to burn away the memory. These tools have been quite good at brining me out of what is not meant to be lived in anymore since it is in the past.

 

How can you create a morning practice that is not bound by Extremes?

 

You have to practice and then document your experience and the evidence. Doing this for only a week won’t provide you with enough data. Give yourself 30 Days.

 

Honestly, my opinion…is that Social Media devours your Mind, Body, and Spirit. Why would I ever put myself in that environment? Well…I don’t!

 

Normalcy can be changed. If your Normal is to be in Extreme Emotional States then it will be difficult at the beginning to train yourself out of those states. It will require work. This is why I find morning exercise (along with eating nourishing whole-foods [Plant Power!] and not using drugs/alcohol) to be the perfect jumpstart and Tool to release oneself from the Power of Yesteryear and Extremes.
